If you're looking for a top-notch dining experience in Dubai, look no further than this amazing restaurant! From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by the exceptional service and attention to detail.

The food and drinks were absolutely delicious, with a range of flavorful dishes that showcased the best of the local cuisine. The quality of the ingredients was clear in every bite, and the presentation was nothing short of stunning.

But what really set this restaurant apart was the service. The waitstaff were attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure that we had an unforgettable meal. From their recommendations on the menu to their thoughtful attention to detail, they truly elevated our dining experience.

Overall, I can confidently say that this is one of the best restaurants in Dubai, that I’ve been to.

I have been in the Maine few times and it was always a lovely experience!

The interior of the place is so chic and photogenic, I love their imperial style chandeliers and a bar desk.
First of all, the compliment from the restaurant is beyond of expectations - never got 2 dishes for free in any other restaurant. They serve delicious bread loaf with butter and roasted garlic, plus the second - is slices of fresh tomato with olive oil and seasoning. You can get full from only these 2 ????

For the lunch I got kale Caesar salad, which was a bit strange, crispy kale wasn’t nice in the mouth, so I kept it aside, but lettuce and cheese were perfect! Fresh lettuce was full covered in delicious sauce with rich anchovy taste, plus croutons were perfectly seasoned.
The bar card was pleasant too, I got some Japanese beer, which was perfectly refreshing.

Not my first time at The Maine at their Business Bay location, but my first time having dinner here.

Pros: food is good and service is great! They’re attentive to allergies and dietary restrictions. The table we sat at was close to the kitchen which is always lovely.

We ordered the Wagyu Beef Tataki and it was flavorful, followed by the Fish Tacos, which were crispy and nice, although missing some acidity. Then a lobster roll, and it was mid-okay for the price. And the 48hr short ribs were not braised for 48 hours but they tasted nice.

The desserts were good. The creme brûlée was creamy and the pecan pie satisfied my vegan friend.

Since you’re spending good money here, details are important, like the fact the place was very cold, compared to the hot weather during summer, and that’s an immediate sickness granted. The place is also not well lit, so we had to use our phones’ flashlight to see what we’re eating. Not to mention that some items weren’t mind blowing but the pricing was.

All in all, I still think their business lunch is the best value for money.

Came with friends for business lunch i would say that it's amazing lunch with elegant restaurants, very good options of the food and service was excellent also can see chef cooking by open kitchen in front of our table, definitely will comeback again

As you enter The MAINE Land Brasserie, you're greeted by an inviting atmosphere that blends rustic charm with contemporary sophistication. The wooden accents and soft lighting create an intimate setting that immediately puts you at ease. The attention to detail in the decor is remarkable, reflecting the restaurant's commitment to providing a memorable dining experience.

The service a is a true highlight. The staff members exude genuine warmth and hospitality, ensuring that every guest feels like a welcomed friend. From the moment you're seated, their knowledge and passion for the cuisine shine through. Whether you have dietary preferences or are seeking recommendations, the attentive and friendly staff will guide you through the menu, elevating your dining experience to new heights. I would give a huge shoutout to Cliff and Lawrence. These two gentlemen just made our evening even more special.

The menu celebrates the flavors of Maine, combining locally sourced produce and seafood with expert culinary techniques. We had quite a bit of food some of the highlights were the Fish Tacos, Short Rib Croquettes and the Maine Lobster Roll to start with. For the mains we went with Steamed muscles the classic way and the no meat short rib which was a delightful change from the regular meat options that we go for. We ended on a very sweet note with the Crème Brule and the soft baked chocolate chip cookie. This place deserves to be celebrated and a huge thanks to the culinary team behind the scenes for delivering excellence on a plate.

A definite must visit and wel be back again.

Amazing place! Starting from the starter till the desert everything was absolutely delicious.
Oysters and chocolate cookie desert is a must try. Service team is very welcoming. Mustafa was very attentive and professional. Definitely will come back to enjoy great food and outstanding ambience.

My the Maine experience was absolutely fantastic. Interior and ambience of this place is very well built. Music is enhancing the atmosphere. Staff are very professional, attention, helpful, friendly and attentive. The menu has a great variety of the food. Mix of vegetarian and non vegetarian dishes. Everything was very tasty and fresh. Attaching several pictures for reference. The only little downside was calling me to reconfirm the already confirmed reservation, it isn't necessary since I have already received the Google confirmation. Enjoy ????

The food is amazing here, but not the service. Our host was pleasant and professional, but not the rest of the staff. We had to ask five times to finally get our leftovers put in a bag. It was very annoying, because we wanted to leave, so did they. Anyway, maybe it was just our luck that night, but regardless of everything, amazing food.

We got the Poseidon Tower, I believe that's what it's called. 18 oysters, shrimps, crab, lobster, and tuna tartare. We also ordered the ribeye steak, which comes sliced on a himalayan salt slab. The food was satisfying, delicious, and fresh.
