Nice clean small mall with few shops and cafes. The restaurants in the mall also worth a try. The mall always almost empty of people so it is good relaxing place.

I came here for the seafood restaurant, it’s right at the opposite of the famous hotel, with free parking and supermarket, parfume store etc.

Has the most delicious and healthiest food ever..
Acai, poke, sandwiches, salads, different smoothies. Really recommend to eat there

Nice small mall in a very good location. Multiple F&B options available as well as some services.

I like the design of the mall, the basement parking is sometimes busy but I always find a parking.

Overall convenient.

For lovers of Persian food, this is the ideal choice... Based on the top floor of the Mall, the Rivas restaurant overlooks the Jumeirah Beach Hotel and has free parking. The food was exceptional and reasonably priced....

Lovely great mall, incredible location in fron of Burj Alarab exacltly.
Many nice and helpful pleaces inside like Costa cafe, Riva restaurant, Medicina pharmacy, and Saudi German clinic

Nice and quite place yet a lot of fun to be around as this is close to the Madinat jumeriah living , Burj Al Arab and free parking space.

Yet good eateries out there and a mall that is right in the beginning of Jumeriah
