Nice area to walk around in winter. This mini mall has some cafes, restaurants, liquor store, ATM, and a supermarket.
Facing the lake and connected to a hotel, with plenty of areas to walk around. The park behind the mall is lovely.

A small community village mini mall in DIP. Not many outlets are open. Chinese restaurant Hengchen. Costa Coffee. Latea. Pharmacy. Krispy Kreme. Choithrams supermarket. There is a nice coffee shop on the ground floor that also has books to choose from. Nice place for the Greens local residents to enjoy. Clean prayer rooms. Parking space is available. Wheelchair accessible.

Nice renovated mall. Clean and friendly. But needs more variety of good food and shops . Also the music is very monotonous and feels like Spa.

Quiet, cozy and handy community mall. ATMs, pharmacies, gifts and toys shops, flowers spot, electronics spots, supermaket with own bakery and non-muslims section, spa, beauty, haircuts, large kids play area, many dine options, outside artificial lake have rent-a-boat offer now, for your joy.

Fish sold at a reasonable price. Also grill options available. So buy fish at a reasonable price then grill it at the lowest cost like AED 8 or 10/kg and enjoy ????.
