took our agency maintained patrol to this wonderful garage after agency told us to replace the engine with low mileage. Special thanks to Robert and Mark who thoroughly inspected the vehicle and gave an honest advise that the engine was fine and does not need to be replaced. 4500aed later, the patrol is alive and well with no issues (knock on wood :) ). Thank you guys for a job well done. customer service at its best (felt like a VIP going to this garage). keep up the good work guys!!!

I had problem with the alternator in my car . Unfortunately while I’m taking the car to the mechanical shop it broke down and i have called Jacques for a help. Within the five minutes he arrived and jump start the car which was highly appreciated by me as most of the mechanics shops they won’t bother to come or they will come late . They promised me that I will take the car on the next day which they have delivered their promise on time and they charged me the agreed price . Everything was smooth and professional and big thanks for Jacques .

EVERY EVERYTIME my car comes back from this garage ( 3rd time!!!!!!!) something else is wrong! I am ALWAYS paying them to fix my issue PLUS paying for another issue that ALWAYS happens wrong after I get my car back!!! It’s like fixing the issue at hand but then another problem arises so feel totally conned of money & service!!!!! I STRICTLY DO NOT recommend using this company if u want yr car to come back in one piece!!! Terrible and DISGUSTED!!!

All the guys here are THE BEST. They are honest, friendly, and super accommodating. It is so hard to run errands when you have to work at the office 9:00 - 5:00. It was so easy to schedule an appointment at The Mechanic Autos and they even accommodated me for a late pick up. I got my 90K service on my Mustang 2015 American.

What I love about them the most is how COMMUNICATIVE they are. For instance, they didn't have a part I needed and would need to special order it. They called me to confirm if I wanted to proceed with ordering the part. They also provided me with updates on when my car would be ready for pick up.

They are the best and I've decided I will only come here for all of my car needs!

I'd taken my Silverado to this location a month ago - I was skeptical on the kind of the service and if my issue would be addressed - Good mechanics are like Good doctors - they are hard to come by !! thank you guys at the Mechanic Auto Center - appreciate it -you resolved my issue and my faith in mechanics has been restored... !!

Don't recommend this garage. I did minor service to replace engine oil and oil filter. And oil filter was not replaced. Technician just wiped it to remove some dust, and did it absolutely consciously, not aiming to replace it. Surprisingly, the manager told me the filter on the photo looks new to him even though he confirmed they don't use branded parts (I had Subaru filter installed).
So I wasted my time, money and had to find another place to do work properly (yes, manager told me I can come and they will replace filter, I didn't go there again as there is no trust after such experience)

As good as a fraudulent company. They did a major servicing without changing the Oil. After 2 days, my Audi A6 showed very low Oil. When I called the service advisor to question how can they do major servicing without changing the Oil, they didn’t want to take responsibility. But after visiting the store and challenging them, they changed the Oil. I gave them a report from Al Nabooda to change the suspensions, but they changed something else. I took my car to Audi Al Nabooda, and they told me none of the suspension items they asked me to change was changed. As a customer, I feel like being conned. Very unprofessional and fraudulent.
