This is my go to place for mani-pedi. I really enjoy their service. It's so easy to book, therapists are professionals and the atmosphere is very pleasant and relaxing. It is on the expensive side, but you really get what you paid for :)

I didn’t like how poor is the gelish material they use! It looks poor and it has been destroyed after four days! Also while choosing nude color they didn’t have many to choose from ! I had only to choose from 3 nude colors that suits my taned skin color ! Unbelievable comparing with the high price! I can expect that when i go to a salon and pay 100 for pedicure and manicure not 300+ ! Very disappointed although that i liked the technicians and the atmosphere

Love their service but they are ridiculously priced ... charges to remove gel... then if u pick more than one colour there is another charge ...

Truly lovely staff, very friendly and welcoming. The place, in common with many hotels in the highlands, could do with a little bit of TLC but beds comfortable and clean. The food was great and plentiful. Breakfast was busy (poor waitress was doing everything solo it seemed) and not great menu or variation. If you were a veggie you would struggle, what my BF had for breakfast was fine (but not particularly Scottish for a Scottish breakfast), so I had boiled eggs as dont eat pork. This was only a minor issue, overall our stay at this hotel was very positive.

Gem on a country road. Retro cute. Overpriced, maybe? But, that’s the way it is in Fort William.

The rooms are modern. Quiet. Very clean and comfortable. Really warm throughout the premises. Constant hot water supply with high pressure. Beautiful garden. The hotel staff are amazing. We really enjoyed the dinner and the breakfast. Food came out so fast!

We really appreciated the inn’s high standard upkeep and their genuine service. There are only 10 rooms. Two have barrier-free access. Others need one flight of stairs to access.

Visited the Stronlossit Inn for dinner - enjoyed a really lovely meal with very helpful and friendly staff. I had the beef and ale pie - delicious, and the chocolate mousse was worth every calorie. Definitely worth a visit ????

The food was below average and very over priced. I ordered the pasta dish which was really poor, I couldn't eat it and my husband ordered the burger which was okay. Staff were pleasant but not very attentive. I wouldn't come here with high expectations, very disappointing. Menu was also very limited.

We went there to have dinner. We weren't disappointed by the food, it was really good (the veggies could have been more cooked but it was fine!). The staff was friendly but they did looked unorganised and we had the impression that one waitress was doing everything to keep the customers happy.

We had an excellent stay here. From the warm welcome of the staff, to the character and charm of the place, to the decent food and drink, and all at an affordable rate that was well worth its price. Highly recommend it.

A bathroom with a shower that doesn’t work but the owner totally didn’t care.
The dinner was disgusting : a burger without sauce, a steak angus that is finally a mix of sausage.. And this is expensive !
Just never put a foot here.

We where staying at the campsite down the road. This place has great food, good selection of whiskeys and beers. Service excellent.
