Used to be the best spa in dubai but not anymore the girls needs training and the prices are very high for no good reason the service is under normal better spa's out there.

Had my hair and styled by Sanarya, I can confidently say that the service and results are the best ive had here in Dubai!

I have been going to the Nail Spa (in different locations) during the last 10 years, and each location is so consistent with their service, quality and offerings. I've never had a bad experience, and each employee is polite and hard working. The atmosphere is lovely and semi-private, and I look forward to each appointment.

This place is perfect from the moment you walk in. Been a loyal customer for years and I'm not planning on going anywhere else .

Transparency regarding prices needs to be revisited in this branch of TNS. I paid over double what I usually pay for a normal gel manicure due to the technician giving me a treatment I did not ask for and was not aware of. When I brought this to the attention of reception they doubled down on pointing out that a.) the nail spa is an expensive salon b.) the specific nail treatment is expensive. I never asked for this treatment and if I had I would not have consented had I known it would double the cost. I literally paid for their mistake. Unprofessional and left me uncomfortable.

TNS just went down the hill for me. I used to enjoy it even though it’s super expensive comparing to other places. They honestly do not care about their clients or staff. Middle of getting a treatment, the receptionist or manager comes to tell me she will take my therapist for another client!! How is it my fault that you have given her a client in the middle of my manicure! When i told her how is this even okay, she goes ‘I’ll give you another therapist?’ I am sorry but I’m not overpaying to be treated poorly. Second the lady doing my pedicure was so much in a hurry that she didn’t even leave my feet In water for more than 10 seconds, I asked her nicely to please keep them in water coz the peeling was too painful and she says ‘it’s coz I have another client soon’. Why did I even book an appointment. Also, i could tell for a while that their staff are overworked and tired. I have been such a loyal customer for long time, loved the place so much but I don’t want anyone to ever experience such a treatment and overpay for a below average treatment.

I really love TNS so much. We go there regularly and they always do a good job with our nails. I also really appreciate how they are taking social distancing seriously. I feel safe going there to get my manicure and pedicure done. Their staff are wonderful, hygiene is 10/10. They always make sure you receive an excellent service. It is on the expensive side though. I wish they'd at least do a loyalty program like sisters do. Not just packages.

Can get busy as it is still a free car park. Some people come in the exit and vice versa which can make things interesting
