It is a very misleading name. I thought it was a dedicated gold souk. It is not. But there was one jewelry store inside which i did not enter. I did buy an affordable phone charger cable from a friendly guy in a kiosk. Otherwise I don't really recommend this place as there are a lot of other places in dubaibto get good shopping. It's definitely not a gold souk. Wasted a walk.

Building is neat and clean with one supemarket and many mens and womens parlour and 2hotels nd many documents clearing offices but the management of this building is very rude

Best and easy place ....and on main road....beahind have residential area.....lots of parkings around....also have good offers on gold and silver.....once u enter very fresh and clean environment.....very easy access from all arounds....top floor have residential flats on affordable price.....also ...

Cheap place cockroaches everywhere ppl dont clean or maintain the room especially the bathroom is messed up lijas has no shame or respect to any of the costumer kindly avoid this filthy place never ever visit this place avoid the salon place also they charged me 20 aed where it was only 15 aed for beard trim. Every time the owner comes and knocks at the door and tell costumers want to see the room worst ever room in dubai

You can buy cheap gold here. But check before buy. some places are selling for higher. some place are offering lower prices

Local utility mall in area. Have good hair dressers .. a cafe... A grocery.. and of course gold shops too

Me and my husband was living in this building for 10 months then suddenly my company transferred me to abudhabi.We told owner and he was so rude ms behave so inhumanly with us he was like neither "I will not give your 500 deposit back nor you will stay here for whole month now".I am 3 months pregnant now and he wanted me to leave the room the same day I told him about my transferred that was 28th but he already had our advance rent for the month that is up to 31st so that Does not make any sense.He was not ready to understand my situation I was pregnant and was transferred to abudhabi how can we pack our things the same day and leave to abudhabi? We have to search accommodations then packing that too in our work schedules.He was so inhuman he started shouting on me and my husband and was asking us to stay for one more period and do traveling from dubai to abudhabi for work so that he can have time to search for tenants.And he came to our room as well shouting at us and to do bad mouthing.I have not seen such a shameless rude pathetic and inhuman act.He wanted a pregnant women either to leave immediately or to stay and travel for one month for work in abudhabi the flat number is 310 he have multiple flats I am mentioning this story so no one else gets trapped in his flat like us.

C zone parking available around the building. Multiple salons/parlour for men and women. Not many gold shops.
The washroom is decent.
Indian fast food stall and grocery indoor.
