Had a sale advertised online so we went and at check out they said that was old and is a mistake

Then they promised once there is a sale they will adjust our price, sale came and now they claim they can only do adjustment if purchase is within 3 days.

I tried calling their head office to inquire about some products, but the Kenyan receptionist was very rude just told me to check the website. actually after checking their website i wanted to clear some doubts but she was not feeling like talking. 0 Stars for customer service.

Beautiful place! Large space area, lovely pieces, items arranged in a way that helps you visualize how they should be best placed... Friendly staff... Just love it

It was a great experience. They have variety of furniture items. We really liked their bed frames and sofas. We were assisted by Mourice and Addison, they were very friendly. Overall good experience!

IMO its the most reliable furniture, very helpful staff, high quality materials therefore its lil bit expensive.

Cool ambience. The cafe was small but very cozy. Good parking space.

Good sized shopping centre with cafe, small Sainsbury's, craft shop, other independent shops and charity shops. Mostly under cover so good on a rainy day.

Convenient for shops, but can be difficult to spot free parking slots.

There are number of paid parking spaces but are normally all taken up in the morning.

The parking bays are a little tight to exit your vehicle and leave room for cars on either side.

Fairly small car park but during the days there's always plenty of spaces , costs a little more since the price went up in early 2018

This is a very small car park so you will struggle to find a space on a busy day. Also the charges are expensive
