This is a worst health centre ever I had to deal with it. Unprofessional admin staff, GP without any medical knowledge.
I had a cyst on my wrist and GP said that it is a part of wrist. I had to do scan privately to finally get a referral to specialist. And it is only one example how unprofessional GP's works there.
I even do not want to comment about receptionists how rude are they and without a basic knowledge but they are thinking that are a god.

I have been with this practice for 20 years now, myself and my wife have always been well cared for and we’ve felt the doctors and staff at both the Hillington and Cessnock surgeries have made the time and taken a genuine interest in any of our issues.
The sustained pressures they have all been under it’s admirable they’ve maintained such a high level of care.

If there is indeed a mental health crisis that is in urgent need of improvement, then this clinic not only lacks the proper means of tackling the crisis, but even goes so far as to exacerbate the crisis by point blank refusing to provide the necessary treatment for mental well being; as well as callously weaponising privy mental health symptoms to shift the blame of their inadequate health care provision onto the patient who dared to courageously opened up about mental health issues. Referrals to mental health practitioners are denied and the patient is dismissed without a second thought. Such is this practise's incredulous approach to mental health treatment, I'd be interested to see the stats relating to those who sought help here and any consequential suicides that occurred as a result of the GP "consultation" given. I wouldn't be surprised if this place gave Harold Shipman a run for his money in terms of number of casualties. If this place isn't the epitome of medical malpractice, then I don't know what is. They may as well have the receptionist give away rope and footstools. Stay well away.

Great surgery,and feel confident of the Doctors.Having been with them over 30 years,even during covid have been called for yearly check,blood pressure.weight,bloods and medication review.The nurses and resident pharmacist also know their business well.Reception staff always helpful and respectful.

Not reachable on the phone. They do not call when there is an appointment. I do not feel taken care of
