Very local to me and although I am not gujrati or Indian but I was so desperately looking for some proper daal chawal and this place came very close to it. Food wise I enjoyed it thoroughly.

But customer service wasn't good enough, no one came for assistance despite noticing me multiple times that I am ready to order.

Even the owner (I presume) sat next or me gossiping with his mates all the time.

That left me with bad taste.

I and my family regularly visit this restaurant. They seem to be changing chef and the quality has been deteriorating. It used to be better earlier. The staff is happy to help and always make the guests feel at home

If you are missing home cooked food in Dubai, this is the place. Although service is a bit slow. They serve everyday regular homely food.. Worth a taste.

We came for a Gujarati thali around 1:30pm and so many of the options were not available. The thali lacked any chutneys, or pappadum. The service level was poor and was the food was mediocre.

A healthy vegetarian option. Theplas are awesome... thali s are also a must try though the items are less.

Average kind of restaurant, with very limited options on menu. Not as good as the other regional stuff that you would get in Bur Dubai, Karma or Sharjah.
