Proactive communication, uncomplicated through WhatsApp. Great responsiveness.

They were happy to accommodate any extra wishes I had - printing of a document, pictures of the order, delivery confirmation.

Would definitely recommend and order through them again.

The team is great , but the lady ( which she answered the WhatsApp) I think she need to learn how to deal with customer after the payment.. poor communication

Had a bit of bad experience with an incorrect message being displayed on the cake which caused a bit of confusion. However, the response of the customer service team was amazing and immediate responsibility was accepted and proper remedial measures were taken. They took a bad situation and made it really good. I’m very impressed and will use them again for sure. Not to mention, the red velvet cake and the gifts were really good!!!

An exceptional customer support! Our country card was not accepted at first. I thought that we would miss the date until we confirm the payment and due to time differences we would not be able to properly follow up. But everything was arranged so quickly. Great job, guys!
