A true pet shop. Very nice located on main sheikh zayed road. Prices are very reasonable and quality of all items are good. Good discount offers also available most of the time.

Randomly came across this place with my girlfriend. I needed to buy a new aquarium and they had tons of options. Their selection of fish are great and the staff know what they are talking about. They have all sorts of accessories for any pet. For my friends who have animals at home, I really recommend this shop.

Best pet shop in Dubai, you can get everything in one place. They're not focusing on dog or cat only. They're focusing on all types of animals, especially fish. First time to meet fish experts called Mr. Nick, he helped us a lot and gave us free texture of how to take care of the aquarium and fish. I like the way he advised more than just selling the products. Hope to see all the pet shops following the same. ????

Their delivery service is inconsistent, they clearly choose low budgeted 3rd parties so even if you order by 9am to have delivery the same day you receive it by 10pm. Quite stunning when restaurant deliveries take less than hour in Dubai. They lack customer/marketing professional otherwise they would know orders above certain threshold should be prioritised. Will start ordering from shops that value me more.

The prices are fair. Different types of pet food. People here are nice.
The store was generous in allowing an adoption (cats) area to be set up.

I love this place because they got a leopard gecko starter kit tank for me in just a day and they have such nice products. They sell lots of live fish and even though the tanks are a bit too small for only some fish they keep the tanks clean and have some beautiful coral along with live freshwater plants. I got a crayfish here and it was like three quarters of an inch in size and so cute it passed away after a year unfortunately. (Btw I got that crayfish last year pls note that!) Anyways overall fair prices recommend a lot and if you love plants in general there is a plant shop next to it two actually! I did a review abt those two plant shops if you want to check them out.
