The delivery was delayed, and the pasta was a mess. Either half of the pasta was removed, or it was squeezed on 1 side and half of the container is empty, pasta all.pver the plastic bag. I called their hotline to complain, they told me to send the photos thru WhatsApp which I did. But they didn't respond or call me back.

I was reluctant to visit this place initially as there are mostly bad reviews but as I was hungry and this was close to my place I decided to give it a try anyway. Lucky for me I was served by Mahmoud ( had to ask his name because of his outstanding hospitality). Ordered my pizzas for dine-in and received it in exactly 10 mins which was super cool. I ordered thin crust and the pizzas were really good. So overall it’s 5-stars because of hospitality of Mahmoud, quick to serve and tasty pizza. Thank you The Pizza Company !

Good taste.. poor management .... Always late with order.. even with pickup .. they will say 15 minutes and order will be ready in over 30 minutes.. you will notice that they will start putting the pizza in oven after 20 minutes..

The new operator of this brand is killing the brand ... Since Saleh bin lahej left this franchise, it's getting worst day by day, service and food quality... Disaster!

Today I decided to get my son take out from here since I had picked him up from school that is right behind and the service was really bad, only 1 staff
Member was there who was taking orders and preparing the pizza. When I ordered, he told me that the order would be ready in 7 minutes and even whilst placing the order, he didn’t know what toppings the pizzas had when I asked him. It ended up taking 1 hour to get my pizza instead of 7 minutes and even after the whole 1 hour wait, the pizzas were not worth the wait. What a waste of time and money! I would never go here again so saving all people from wasting there time and money to go try the pizzas at the pizza compny in west zone mall.

Be aware of this restaurant, if you have a discount card they will try to charge you full amount. It happened to me twice. They seems have an order of their manager to do this.

I ordered using a voucher from cobone dot com. The quality was very poor
Not sure if that is their normal pizza quality or because I got it using the voucher
