Just be aware and read the contract carefully before signing. As it was not highlighted to us while signing by the sales agent, at the time of vacating the cabin we booked, they charged us 500 AED fee for each desk in the cabin + restoration fee, hence ended up losing the security deposit, which they said was refundable at the time of booking. The place is good and staff is good. But we where disappointed with these charges.Hence se moved to a new co working space, than coming back to them and won't recommend .

The Place is an amazing office space to recommend to anyone who plans to have their own office. The facilities, office and especially the employees who work (Special mention to Julieann, Yuliia, and Jonel) are flexible and reliable in attending to any needs even its a short notice.

Serviced offices done to high standards. I would highly recommend this place to anybody who is looking for a stylish office space in a great location. The Place business Center delivers a professional service in a friendly environment. The view form the offices are amazing and parking is very convenient.

Highly recommended. The most stylish and modern offices with a superb environment and a sweeping view. Great location easy access to the facilities. Friendly and professional staff. Should definitely try out this place.
