Nice collection of carpets with good quality. Not on the cheap side. Had some nice items that I couldn't find in Al Salem. The issue was the carpet size. I couldn't find the dimension I needed otherwise would have given them 5 stars.

They make up prices often higher then their own website then pretend they’ve discounted it for you. Store staff are dismissive and eventually we felt unwelcome and left. Worst customer service I’ve experienced in years.

Offer discounts on their site. Promo codes don’t work. When you enquire they don’t respond.

Out of principle I’d never shop nor recommend this company.

Beautiful selection of carpets. Customer service was extra-ordinary. They knew what we wanted and recommended the products accordingly.
I highly recommend Red Carpets. Excellent place to go to if you are looking for long lasting carpets. They have all kinds of designs, traditional and contemporary.
