Great quality of products, yet some items can be out of stock for months. Overall really good selection of products & fresh vegetables. Staff are very helpful. Space is kind of small but fit 4 to 5 customers at a time.

Small corner organic shop that carries fresh essentials. This quinoa bread is a must try. You have to be early though as they only carry few freshly baked pieces a day.

Cute, but tiny store offering organic products. Why would anybody go there to buy fresh produce? The prices are much higher and the selection is not as great (and fresh) as in Union Coop which is on Al Wasl Road just a few blocks away. For last minute purchases it is alright, but not for one-stop shopping due to the very limited variety of products.

The good: It's a cute little shop (about 150 square feet), more like a tiny convenience store. It's clean and the staff (only one person) is nice.

The bad: The selection is really limited including fresh produce, dairy and there is also a small range of dry and packaged goods. The shop is only open until 8:00 pm.

The ugly: The prices are ridiculously high! There are much cheaper organic fruits and vegetables only minutes away (Union Coop in Umm Suqeim 2). Most of the other packaged goods and dairy are twice more expensive than similar products at Carrefour MOE. Finally, not ALL the products are organic. We found products, which had no organic certification at all. The sales person explained that they were 100% natural. Well, 100% natural does not mean organic.

To summarize: If you forgot to buy something at your regular hypermarket and need something at the last minute, then Ripe Organic Al Manara might be the place for you. This is only valid if you live at walking distance, because if you have to take your car, you might as well drive to a hypermarket nearby, which offers similar and much cheaper alternatives.

The Ripe Farm Shop is an amazing place - it may be small but it has a huge variety of fruits and vegetables and cheese and eggs and local honey. And it has lots of Sunfoods superfoods and gluten free products to choose from. Definitely a must visit for anyone look for organic, local products and superfoods.

Calm and quiet parking infront of the shop is a great advantage. There's a nearby petrol station also. They have almost all the items that you expect in a ripe market shop. Especially veggies and packed food items. Their dates are a must try. Pricing is a bit high comparing with other shops. At least these people are really selling organic products rather just making it up for marketing purposes.
