Terrible condition of rooms. Rusty mirrors, some flying bugs living in the bathroom (I killed them so many times but everyday more and more of them come, hopefully they will not start living in my clothes after visiting S Hotel). Half of the lights aren’t working. AC works at maximum only on very low temperature. Can’t even open the windows, no exhaust. You have to either suffer from heat or be freezing all night long. So it’s super humid, the beds feel cold and wet from the humidity. The bathroom tiles grouting is also super dirty, you can see all of this in photos. I was devastated by the state of the rooms. I have been traveling my whole life and have never seen a worse state of hotel, even compared to 2/3 star hotels in middle of nowhere. Super small rooms also…Small windows as well.

The reception workers were lying that someone has come and fixed it all after my request. No, I left and it was still in same condition.
Food for breakfast is meh. Eatable, but not tasty at all. The hotel pool is full of sand, needs cleaning.

The hotel workers did not allow outside delivery of food to be brought to my room - neither by outside delivery guy, nor by their own staff. Yet their own food is not good.

So sorry, not sorry. 0/10, would not recommend. Booked it by mistake, confused it with the new S Hotel in a different area.

You will be treated in a different manner if you booked through other apps and not their website

, I payed a deposit and was promised to get it back after checkout within hours , still didn’t receive anything , and they won’t answer my calls

Regarding the breakfast buffet , I’ve seen better , It’s kinda poor

The area of the room is good for the price , the cleanliness isn’t perfect .

They have a weird policy to park your car , you’ll have to park outside , untill you check in , then you go back to the car and enter it in the basement .

The room was soo clean and exactly how I wanted it to be. Faheem, Mustafa and Rukshar was soo nice, friendly and helpful which made me extend my stay. The lifeguard (forgot his name????) was also very friendly. Overall, can easily recommend for a peaceful staycation.
Looking forward to stay again!

This place have met my expectations and quality. Specially Faheem, Mustafa, Amal, Rukshar were so helpful and kind when it comes to service and assistance. Even the lifeguard (I can't remember his name) at the pool was very pleasant and friendly. I really recommend this place for a good staycation and we'll surely come back. Keep it up guys.

My Pleasure to say i stayed S hotel Al Barsha Dubai 11 night with my 3 kids and family, i call reception for ac Assistance, Engineer Mr. Kashim came fixed the issues, he is very polite and professional, he ask me if need anything assistance call us dial by O , the hotel interior is Amazing and Engineering staff are well trained, breakfast very testy,

To anyone seeking a good, nice, respectable hotel, I very much recommend The S Hotel. While I was staying on my own, I can say it's a very family friendly and wonderful hotel, offering all the luxuries you'd need. The staff is polite and helpful, and the location was perfectly close to my destinations and it's easy to get around the city from here by car or by taxi. The location offers amenities such as a small shopping centre.

Apart from that, I would like to give a special thanks to the room cleaning, especially sir Nagendra. He has been most helpful and has a keen eye for details. It shows that he cares about the guests. He pays attention to which items are used often and is very careful with personal possessions.

Thank you to everyone at The S HotelHotel for making my stay very pleasant!

The S Hotel is Dubai’s best kept secret! What a fantastic establishment. The ridiculously cheap price belies the high standard of rooms, service, food and amenities. I have been so comfortable and I’m extremely satisfied. The rooms are opulent, roomy and well serviced daily. My king bed is super comfortable. The hotel breakfast is scrumptious and served in the tranquil environment of the Fusion Restaurant. Fun times at night in the ‘dry’ sports bar with games on the big screen, pool and karaoke. Room service is 24hours fresh and an incredible variety of Arabic, Western, Indian and Asian cuisine. Staff are exceptionally tentative to any special dietary needs. The lobby has a sensational barista, Julie who makes a flat white to die for! Beautiful smile and easy conversation to start the day. Jobain concierge is also a lovely staff member, always calling taxi’s promptly. This hotel provides a most convenient complimentary private shuttle bus to major malls (up to 10pm) and attractions with regular drop off and pick up times. The driver, Pivindr Singh, even kindly went out of his way to take me to The Burj A Arab when I requested- amazing service thank you! This hotel sits quietly in Al Barsha South away from the hustle of the city but close to the hospital I needed to access. I recommend this little gem in the desert…I feel at home- thank you The S Hotel.

I have enjoyed my stay, amazing staff and very clean. The Hotel location was near to my target destinations and reaching there by car was not a problem at all. Breakfast was good and staff were very friendly. Rooms are clean and offer drinking water, tea and coffee. Plenty parking spots and very close to a super market and a Mcdonalds branch.
