Always using The Salon at Al Wasl, and I was never disappointed. Today was another great experience with Rowena, who did my pedicure. Easy booking process and very responsive team. All for reasonable price. I only wish they had wider selection of gel polish colors. Other than that, top notch. Thank you The Salon team!

Wallah, I have never experienced a worse balayage in my life. Save your money because they barely made a difference to the colour or cut. If I paid nearly £300 in London, I’d LOVE my hair. This place doesn’t know how to do hair, no matter how amazing the pictures look. Btw forget the 650 AED offer, once you get there, they’ll add extra charges costing double the amount. The hair toner lasted 1 wash, I asked for a light brown, they gave a brassy blonde which caused IMMENSE DAMAGE (even though they added olaplex). Oh, I nearly forgot to mention how bad the haircut was, they can NOT cut hair. Their excuse was “your hairs too thin” mate I have a lot of hair, the strands are just fine. I would NEVER experience these problems in England. DO NOT GO HERE. Trust me. The placement, the technique, the colour, ALL WRONG. I get my hair done 3 times a year, every single year (for the past 10 years) and this salon was the worst I’ve ever been to. Look at the before and after images, where’s the difference, where’s the haircut? It looks like they added random brassy highlights and just curled my hair (btw I asked for a blow out and they said “ok I make it wavy”) idk in what world that’s considered wavy… I even tried to take pictures under the sun to see the “beautiful highlights they created”, they’re isn’t any. In fact, it looks like the exact colour I walked in with. Pathetic salon.

Hanan, one of the color specialists at The Salon is truly the best of the best! I visit Dubai every so often from out of the country and my first service with her was a year ago. I was so pleased with my results that I waited the full year until I could come back to dye my hair again because I could not trust anyone else to do what she did. I always preferred more subtle changes to my hair and it was difficult for me to find someone who understood what I liked without going overboard. Hanan and her wonderful assistants always make sure to let me know exactly what they are doing throughout the entire process to double check if I’m okay with it before they proceed. The pictures posted really speak of her expertise and attention to detail. The salon itself is also extremely clean and put together, the staff are incredibly accommodating even with last minute appointments, and I love speaking to everyone who works there because they are genuinely some of the most talented beauty specialists I’ve seen. They don’t try to sell you their services which I appreciate, and are honest with their recommendations. I was so happy with my before and after that I felt inclined to post this.

Such a lovely place to go , the staff are so friendly & they really take the time to make sure you’re getting what you want. Little touched with asking if I wanted a drink and little hand & food massage little at the end .

If you like a place with no trace of class, without polite and respectful technicians, you will be pleasantly surprised and satisfied with this.
This is one of the cheapest places to do nails, but you know what? Still expensive for the service you get…
The technician Nova is rude and disrespectful. Clearly seems to hate her job.
And that, by the end of the day, has its results. Clients that won’t return. Clients that have friends and that will pass on the word on how this place really is.
It’s sad but it’s my duty as an individual to warn the others to stay away. There are loads of other places with competent polite professionals, not very expensive, that deserve the praise. And this is just a place that benefits from the nice pics on social media…

Today was my first time visiting the Salon in Al Wasl road for hair services - I had highlights done which I'm very happy with. Hanan did an amazing job and listened to my needs very carefully and did exactly what I wanted! Very happy with her work - I totally recommend Hanan :-)

Fiona the hair stylist is amazing, completely fixed my colour to what I wanted. I was very happy with the result.

I must also commend the teams customer service, efficient and accommodating. It is not common in Dubai so it was really appreciated.

Gotten gel nails, had a lovely experience at this branch. Cherry Anne did my nails to perfection!! The salon is a bit crowded but i was told it was one of the busiest branches. Definitely recommend
