A guy’s night out ended up with some surf & turf at The Selfish Bull.

We tried:
- Grilled Bone Marrow: 5/5 (best dish we had)
- Grilled Patagonian Squid: 4/5
- 1.3kg Tomahawk: 3/5
- TSB cheesecake: 3.5/5

The drinks service was a bit slow and the overall experience didn’t blow us away, with a few miss-steps here and there.
Towards the end, our server was quick on his toes to ensure we had a good enough time though.

Took my wife for Valentine dinner, had a reservation which they messed it up we changed two tables till they gave us the table where initially the booking was, after we got seated we waited for more then 20 min for someone to come serve us, what is funny some people came after us and got served before us anyways since it was Valentine I didn’t really wanna ruin the day, the waiter came took our order and also took another 20 min to just serve us the drinks after I called her and said please can u serve us something, the first dish was Salmon tatami which was average to be honest, the second dish was shrimp with avocado salad which was tasteless and below average, third dish which was surprisingly good and very tasty angus striploin was cooked perfectly and the fries was delicious, fourth dish was the dessert and was good especially the alcohol touch. we had red wine also was good and tasty, the service could have been better and the seating area could also be arranged for such occasion in a better way especially that there was kids around. three stars for the view location and the steak…I don’t know if I wanna go back there again

The ambience is good especially outside. Although it took time for us to get our food but there’s a lady singing jazz music. Its good for chilling vibes. The food is good and recommendable

I dined three times in this restaurant, the outside seating is amazing with a nice view of the marina, the service and food is average and it could get quite expensive for some items.

Fantastic place and a must go steak house in Dubai! Food, view, service, ambience, music all perfect! Food is superb, we come regularly and really enjoy steaks. The quality of the meat is excellent and great value for money in comparison to other steak restaurants here in Dubai. You can get discounts with entertainer - 25% off the whole bill !!!

Location is nice and the staff very professional but the food no, compare to the price it’s so expensive but the food not, lamp chop was so small and one bite only and finish and price so high, French fries over salty and the calamari as well

Gret food, service, ambiance and over-all experience! Would recommend it highly for a date night or just a casual drink and bite. The oysters are to die for!
