Reception was warm and welcoming.
The staff were so polite, helpful and rooms were amazing.
Perfect in every way.
Very friendly staff, room was large ,spacious and very well kept,
very clean and very nicely decorated and cool lighting set
in such a way that for the perfect mood for the sleeping and get relaxed.
The swimming pool has an incredible waterfront view and
my kids and I enjoyed it.
The breakfast buffet offered large range of food and they are quite tasty too.The staff were friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu, offering great suggestions for both food and drinks.
It was absolutely delicious!
Will visit again!
Overall, we had a great stay and will definitely stay here again in our next future trip.

I can’t thanks enough for your kindness and lovely welcoming. My reservation and room selection was wonderful.
I really recommend this hotel , clean friendly staff and close to everything in downtown town.
Swimming pool is clean, has nice views and staff great but would not be suitable for those who want to do tan. Sunset and rises not consider.

The hotel was in the prime location which was just behind Burj Khalifa and right in front of Business Bay Canal.
There were many choices of food around from Indian to western cuisines but our favorite was the Saigon Station, the Vietnamese restaurant near by. The food was good and service from staff was on point, we kept going back to them within our 3 days stay in Dubai, highly recommended.

Let’s start with the people at the hotel. Everyone at the hotel had been very friendly. The valet, security, receptionists, the staff at the breakfast restaurants, the butlers were all smiles and greetings.
We noted that it was our daughter’s birthday in our reservation, and the butler team came to sing birthday song to her AND the next day, they left personal gifts to her in the room.
Our room was spacious, very clean and very nicely decorated. The bed was one of the best hotel beds we have experienced so far.
Amenities - the swimming pool has an incredible waterfront view and my daughter and I enjoyed the jacuzzy and sauna too.
Breakfast - the breakfast buffet offered large range of food and they are quite tasty too.
Overall, we had a great stay and will definitely stay here again in our next Dubai trip.
