Check in and out gets straight 5/5, the staff is super friendly and capable of handling. As for the location. It deserves even more than 5/5!.. its simply one of the best locations in Dubai. Breakfast is nice and service is so generous and capable.
I would have given a straight 5, but the issues (though minor compared to the service) were:
1: elevator wait specially at breakfast hours and if your room is high.
2: elevators are not cooled with AC so the trip is a bit too warm, so is the floors while waiting for elevator.
3: concierge employee not as friendly as the rest of staff

But over all, its a 4.7 out of 5 to be fair, special thanks to the lady in the picture for her superb kindness.

P.S this is my second stay, if you are looking for a decent business hotel, look no more

My recent experience at this hotel @thetowerplazahotel was nothing short of a nightmare. From the moment I stepped foot in the room, it became evident that numerous issues plagued this establishment. The constant flickering of the lights, as if they were participating in a whimsical game, quickly became a major annoyance. Not only did it disrupt my sleep, but it also made the atmosphere uncomfortable and unsettling.

To make matters worse, the TV had a mind of its own, frequently turning on and off without any warning or apparent reason. This erratic behavior made it impossible to enjoy any form of entertainment or unwind after a long day. It was a constant source of frustration that added to the overall dissatisfaction of my stay.

On top of these technical problems, the hotel's lackluster service only exacerbated the situation. Whenever I made a request, I was met with excuses stating that the item or service was unavailable. It felt as though the hotel was ill-prepared to meet the needs of its guests, leaving me feeling disregarded and disappointed. Basic amenities and prompt assistance should be expected.

The combination of these issues created an atmosphere of constant anxiety and discomfort throughout my stay. It is disheartening to pay a substantial sum for a hotel that fails to provide a pleasant experience. Given my personal ordeal, I strongly advise against choosing this hotel for your accommodation needs. The frequent lighting and TV problems, coupled with the unavailability of essential services, made my stay an unpleasant one. Spare yourself the inconvenience and explore alternative options that prioritize guest comfort and satisfaction.

Was participating in the business event. Would like to highlight very high level of service and team is very attentive. Nice lunch. But meeting rooms and halls need a bit of modernization (furniture is slightly used). But friendliness of the staff beats all small disadvantages.

Last but not the least: valet parking in such a busy part of city and can be free as long as you participate in the event or validate the ticket.

pros:
Amazing location, just a few seconds away from the metro

Beautiful view (stayed on the 50th floor)

Decent food and a nice pool.

The room had universal power plug.

cons:
The rooms were dirty, and the furniture was old. I had to call them to swap rooms.

Elevators are very slow, and the waiting times can be minutes.

I really loved this hotel because of his placement that is actually giving you a splendid view over the museum of the futur which is incredible cause it’s near of the hotel without forgetting to talk about how everything is near the hotel. And of course the way that the rooms are always clean with obviously the biggest smile on the staff’s faces with AN INCREDIBLE SERVICE .
Without forgetting to mention how much choices you have over food in the breakfast buffet and also to mention the guy from Algeria Hakim that was there to help us and give us any service we needed thank you

Went for a business meeting and I give 5 for location is superb. Service is 5 because staff are so friendly and helpful specially this great man Zubair in the lobby. 5 rooms they are clean and elegant despite not very modern.

Very disappointed as a 5 star hotel. Had so many issues in the bathroom. Taps were leaking, shower didn’t work properly. Bath tub drainage was not working properly. Bed was not much comfortable too. Too many construction going on and so disturbing with huge noises. Don’t recommend if you’re staying longer hours in the hotel. Infinity pool was nice. Food was okay and staff was also nice and friendly. Very convenient with public transportation.

I'm loving it here. The room (3802) is awesome and large with a comfy king size bed. Plus the bathroom is so large and spacious with a rain shower and hot jacuzzi. The view facing Sh. Zayed Road is great especially at night and at sunset. The staff are cordial, but not too friendly. The morning brunch is great with lots of variety.
