Cool tower. Got a very high corner unit and the view is amazing. Only thing is there's no window or balcony at all (probably for safety purposes). But very convenient location and well maintained building!

Well the staf is good and management is OK.. Services are also fine.(.some days before there's some leakage in our flat so mid night I asked Saif he sent the team at the same time) ..but the rent increment Is not OK at all

Easy and beautiful location, plenty of restaurants around, peacocks all around, 24/7 security, regularly sanitized and very well maintained building. Nearby Metro. 24/7 security. No Complains at all.

Good building in SHZ Road near Emirates Tower metro station that look like maze from outside. This building is residential and offices as well which host many of Al Roustamani Groups company.

Beautiful place. The tower is absolutely stunning. One of the many things that make me appreciate the architecture of Dubai's sky scrappers.

Dear management,

You need to manage windows’ cleaning in time. We cannot see this beautiful view because windows are very dirty most of the time .

All part of this wonderful 22nd century city .
Consierge very professional which makes us happy and relieved as our daughter lives in a flat here.
Not really a worry as the city itself is so safe.
This building is very handy for the nearby metro station.
The residents we met were from all around the world so it's nice to see everyone getting on with eachother.

Great location. Closest to it is Emirates Tower metro station. If you need grocery shopping, go to the supermarket in the building next to it - prices are much cheaper and it's open 24 hrs
