was the most hilarious person I knew in the hotel. It's my occasion, and he did not allow my visitors to come on to eat dinner only. And he is so rude to my visitors that he did not let them come inside. And didn't also want me to talk to their manager. This is not the first time we have encountered this in your management. We always booked and recommended this hotel because it was nice and the customer service was good before, but when he is around, he is very rude! He wants us to pay AED 30 per visitor. We always recommend this place to my friends. from now on don't book this hotel! VERY RUDE SIN ALI!!!!

All of the above, I’d consider as minor issues but not the following. I wouldn’t even think of writing a review if it wasn’t for the following experience.
They make fun of the guests. I stepped into an elevator with my husband (two well-dressed, brown South Asians), and there were a few hotel staff (also South Asians) including a front desk person (we presume). They stopped the conversation that they were having once we stepped in to the elevator. A few seconds into the elevator ride, they burst out with laugh while looking at us and each other. It truly felt like they found something funny about us. It was a very uncomfortable moment for us, and we stopped riding the elevator afterwards if there are staff members in it.
Train your staff, please! Teach them how to treat your guests with good hospitality, rather than making fun of them.

Sheikh Zayed road is noisy and you can hear the noise. For me it is not an issue, but could be a challenge for some people to fall asleep.

As even being from the hospitality background the staff doesn’t even know how to treat or respect the guest.
They are abusive and don’t even care how to give or take respect.
They worst place even to take out your family or friends. We have booked 2 units of 2 bedroom apartments as we were traveling in a group. They gave us rooms on different floor even when the hotel is running on a 40% occupancy and behaved like they are doing some favour or giving the rooms on free of charge.
The entire experience from checkin to over night stay. The whole staff is in cooperative. The door of the room at the time of checkin is broken,
The gas range doesn’t work and not gets fixed even after complaints.
The Wi-Fi doesn’t work and even after the complaint they say we are lairs and don’t know how to use our mobile phones.
Even after making attempt to reach to the front desk at night they were threatening us that they will call the police and kick us out of the hotel rooms.
They have to be polite when approaching a guest.
The entire staff straight from the Receptionist to the Night manager or the security guard they are 200% rude and abusive.
Calling the ladies who were trailering with us with wrong names.
Such a shame and don’t ever book this again.
If you like your family or friends don’t even think of booking this again.
