Amazing place ,villa are very beautiful, roads are good quality everywhere sweet plant's flowers. Safety chek all area .

The Villa security could have been more polite to the current situation with the traffic jam Dubai Land Complex is facing. There is only one exit and now it takes one hour to reach in the morning and another one through the Villa. And you could have allowed people to exit from your neighborhood in the morning 7am-9am, only at the the rush hours, and only till RTA completes the project with the new road and bridge. Being strict at the gate will not create a luxury image of your community, the Villa. And writing down by hand plate numbers and taking mobile phones from each car or putting a sticker who is the resident or not are all such an old-school decisions and it means that you cannot afford technology to track who access.
