I believe that additional staff is required, particularly on weekends, as the service is very slow.

In the take-out sandwich I brought home for my husband, there is a bread clip.

Furthermore, they offer dine-in, take-out, and online ordering, such as Talabat delivery. As a result, I believe that quality was affected as a result.

The usual coffee shop. Nothing much special. There's customers but not crowded. Can stay longer time depending on what purpose.

I had a Business meeting with one of my Client. Loved the hot chocolate. There is ample outdoor and indoor parking space available just outside dragon mart.

I was with my family last night at dragon mart 2 and ordered coffee from tim hortons, the staffs are not friendly i felt like she wasnt even interested to take my order as I was redeeming a smiles voucher buy 1 get 1 likewise we ordered cold and they gave us hot.

The lady on the evening shift esp on the cashier is impolite she even slammed my phone on the counter and I just kept my patience.

I am also working in the customer service industry and I think you should replace them. so disappointing that some staffs will be impolite to paying customers.

A nice place to get your coffee and enjoy the weather and surrounding. The staff is very nice and helpful. They close early but always good to have coffee and snacks
