One of the best coffee experience in Bay Square.
French Vanilla in hot is one of the best flavour to try there.
Overall great experience.

I have been here thrice and they have messed my takeaway order twice.

Both times i was not given the croissant I paid for.
And both the times it was the same guy who made the mistake with the order.
Exasperating as they have no number listed so there is no way to contact them and inform them of their sloppiness. Also, not even one of any of the Tim Hortons branches answer any of their listed telephone numbers.
I do not stay close to it to go back and demand a refund or the croissants.
Disappointing and annoying.

Zero % coordination between Junior Staff and supervisor

Junior staff some how they listen to you.
This franchise is getting ruined by the supervisor harsh behavior

I used to go daily for the coffee and breakfast! Now our office group has also boycott coming inn here.

Highly unprofessional staff, not only did they serve the wrong drink but they also refused to correct it when I told them that I ordered a different drink while repeating it three times. I ended up paying for a drink that I did not order with a staff that is highly uncooperative, unprofessional and lack attention to their customers’ orders.

Thank you Abdulrahman for everything such an amazing person he knows how to make a customer so happy he simple made my day very professional and always smiling he needs to be promoted to a branch manager thank you again for the best grilled cheese sandwich and donut ???????? A nice, old pub in a great location. Friendly staff. A great pint. Unfortunately, we arrived at the same time as everyone else, for a bite to eat at lunchtime. Long wait for food, and no communication to say our sandwiches and chips would take an hour! Would visit again, just maybe try and avoid the mad lunchtime rush.

Parking is enforced by the pub with sign posts only for paying customers or face a fine. We stopped for food, ordered from the menu for gluten free (which was offered as an option) only to be told they didn't have the ingredients on hand. Why put it on the menu then if you don't stock it ???? pub itself is okay if not a little bit ...aromatic. I didn't think urinal cakes were still in fashion. Wouldn't bother stopping again.

Friendly and welcoming.. Loved the muddy boots and dogs welcome sign.
Dogs were looked after with treats and water. Food was good homely grub, made more enjoyable in front of the fire.

A landlord who is abusive and rude to his customers when they complain about the length of time it takes for food to be served. Stating that they are liars. It appears that the guarantee of a steady flow of customers because the pub is in the Lake District and that the only alternative is to drink and eat at The Patterdale Hotel negates the need for even the expected level of service.

A decent tradional country pub. Very good food, friendly staff. My only criticism is that the music was a little too loud and a bit out of character with the country Inn style.

It's a good car park, it has spaces that fit actual cars, and they are next to each other. It is about 10 steps from the location, so convenient it has the same name, and there is a big p that let's you know it's a car park... I don't know, what else do you say about a car park?

The car park is a car park, but the pub offers decent pub grub at lunchtime and a very acceptable bitter. Friendly staff help too. All in all a good experience.
