Service is good, but in terms of outside deliveries, they are not allowing the driver to reach the unit.
Location is far from the City and is in the Industrial Area.
Check In and Out are flexible and it is a 5 star to me..
They have Snack Bar with Billiards, Play Station and Karaoke.
Gym equipment is well maintained but the Pool is under renovation.
I hope they also served Alcohol and Steak on the Pool Area

Pluses:
- stylish rooms,
- good kitchen with all the appliances (big fridge with freezer, microwave, cooker, tea pot (our first was leaking, they changed), wash machine with dryer),
- they provide a baby crib if necessary,
- the parking is free and usually it's easy to find a place
Minuses:
-we found cockroaches twice (first time in the kitchen, and second time in bathroom, after pest control, which looks like didn't help at all; after they gave us another room on the higher floor),
- not good smell and high humidity in rooms,
- not good room cleaning,
- old damaged towels and bedsheets,
- they give only 1 set of towels for the 3 persons family (every time we called to the reception to ask for extra bath towels, but we got it only after scandal and talking with duty -manager),
- they don't provide trash bin for second toilet ("this is our policy" said housekeeper in the first day ????),
- receptionists are not very helpful, in general I can say good words about staff only about two Egyptians (one works in the restaurant, another in lobby),
- breakfast is the same everyday and they don't provide too many options, but mostly you can find what to eat (just we feel bored from the same food after 3 weeks there).
So, the hotel has potential, but needs better management and better motivation for staff

I had a bad experience with them, it was my third time staying and i told the lady please i need a quiet room as i am a frequent traveler and i want to sleep without having any noise but again it was the more worse, couldn’t able to sleep due to the staff those were knocking the door for room service can hear them so clearly also the voice of trollies, can hear the staff standing in a corridor and talking loudly and so much more after 6am not possible to sleep also the noise of kids from the next door.
I wouldn’t recommend a hotel for those who are looking for take rest as they might have neck to neck schedules to deal with.
I am patient of migraines and after leaving from the hotel i had to catch the flight with migraine and sleepless night.

Very bad experience Very bad service..
Just I have one question: Why did I pay the full amount like any other guest, and I didn't get the same others? The minimum should be as he said no have all these items half price per day and the surprise when I ask about leat check out , they say sorry we have fully booked.. I am unhappy with this place I will never recommend.

Do not waste all your money in Dubai to stay in a space that makes you angry every day, due to poor service. Definitely -10 rating
