The ladies working there will ruin your mood. I was surprised by the robotic borderline rude behaviour. Maan at the reception will be so unkind as if you are coming in there for free or as if being kind will cost her anything. Very unfriendly environment full of unhappy women.

I spent $130 USD to have my hands done here. 3 days later one of the tips came clean off and another nail came clean off from the base by the 7th day. I'm just going to let the photos and the screenshots speak for itself.

Within two days, my nails started breaking. Today it’s approximately been a week and all my nails are almost broken. I already went and got all of them redone once because they broke weighing three days. This has been my worst experience with acrylic extensions. This is a place that I would never go to again because acrylic nails are meant to last for 4-6 weeks and if they take approximately $100 to get them done, they shouldn’t break without even using your hands to cook or whatever.

Three shellac mani in a row and each time nails start chipping after a couple of days. Wherever else you do it, it lasts three to four weeks. Also, last time, I had someone (not a manucurist) in charge to soak my nails but actually I had acetone all over my feet and it was kept too long on my hands resulting in my skin being in a very bad shape. I made the manucurist notice that and she said that’s normal with acetone…..yes, it is when you leave acetone too long, it should not happen.
I have been going to this branch for 8 years but this time I have been very disappointed, especially because you make someone notice problem but it’s never a problem to them!

Horrible - Americans do not go here! Thu try to charge American prices but do a horrible job. 10 ladies came here and all there nails are lifting. Terrible …

My go to salon in Dubai for over 3 years now. The best out there and the ladies are just amazing! Shout out to Shaymaa from business bay branch!

The group I meet with there are lovely. The same can't be said about others belonging to that group of Churches.
