Changed my car 4 tyres.
I would like to give rating on behalf of customer service, which was very bad.
Mechanic was very rude and unprofessional.
Staff is fighting each other in-front of customers.

One of the office staff helped us to resolve the issue but still the guy was rude

Please work on guys otherwise customers will stop coming at your shop.

Good and quick service, friendly staffs. Today the weather in Dubai is 42 degrees I would highly recommend you to keep some bottle of water for your clients.

I enquired for tyres through a Facebook ad and I got good price on newest tyres in the market. Thanks to Mr. Karam who advised me very professionally. The whole team was very polite and quick with their work. They have very big workshop in Umm Ramool with plenty of parking. I appreciate their customer service.

Worst experience, Supervisor doesn't know if Tyre has to be sent to agency or should be sent whole car for inspection.
Wasting unnecessary customer time.
If called, doesn't answer calls and do not even know the work timing of the agencies if the customer visit by himself.
Buying is a different experience but claiming warranty is unacceptable.
They make you fed up and with frustration you end up buying another new tyre.

New branch of Tire.ae, a very spacious and well maintained facilities...at a time, they can service/tire change more than 10 cars...good staff members...have nice lounge/waiting area for the customers...
