The place was and kept very hot , humid and unpleasant though it is inside and far from the window.
This outlet doesn’t accept any discount or coupons regardless, even other Tony Romas accepts it and it mentions the name of restaurant.
We had to eat while flights sharing our food and I am talking of numbers and not one or two
As for the food:
The onion loaf was well done, delicious and cooked well
The burger was little dry but ok, and though we asked to be with no pickles, here there was 2 huge pieces of pickles inside the sandwich
The steak was done perfectly and was good except for the green container or parsley they sprinkled on top of it (which I have never seen before) and that ruined the taste
The portion of the ribs was good and the amount of fat and meat is perfect but the meat was either cooked a day before or over cooked that made it dry
The worst part was having the cold house salad on the same dish with the hot meat !!! And though asked for blue cheese dressing I ended up with unknown Un tasty dressing (very bad judgment from the chef to have all in one dish )
We asked and paid extra for a loaded baked potato to end up with the smallest baked potato I have seen in my life with hardly any sour cream in it
Over all wasn’t very pleasant visit
I would still go to Tony Romas BUT definitely not this outlet

As a appetiser we took the Tony,s mix with the onion (base of the dish) the chicken bites and the mushrooms. Served with 4 sauces it was a treat so good.
For the main course we took the filet mignon with 3 different sauces, and the mix of ribs and filet mignon. The ribs were so tender that they fell of the bone. And the filets were nice and medium rare.
Really a great place for a meal when you are in dubai

The portions are enormous, won’t be hungry afterwards!
Our waiter Tarek Shisha was nice, every member of their staff will be pleased to have you in the restaurant. Wi-fi is really strong

Terrible tasting food. Save your money and go somewhere else where you’ll be offered fresh food at least!
