Very poor service! Dispatcher kept telling me that my taxi is 2 mins away for over 20mins.. all lies! When I spoke to the driver about it, he didn’t have anything good to say about the dispatcher

They cancel taxis when arranged well in advanced (4 days) by companies!
You try and speak over the phone; subjected to rudeness and abrupt staff, especially the female on the control.
Very happy to take money but not to follow through with the actual pick up!
Disgusting! Avoid at all cost.
My insurer has been contacted and removed from the customer care list.

If only there was a 0 rating... 8 out of 10 drivers are rude. 7 out of 10 cars are sticky filthy. the driver this morning hasn't even had a meter running, charged me a tenner for a £6-7 journey, probably the near death experience (oncoming vehicle had to abruptly steer out of our way as my driver just turned onto a main road without observation) was charged as extra... not once will I use them again

Just been following one of your vehicles, driver was driving at half the speed limit, weaving all over the road when I tried to go around him he proceeded to try and block me then cut me up further down the road. Not exactly a professional standard of driving...

Phoned them yesterday after they kept my partner waiting over half an hour, then was rude to him when he called to cancel.

I rang them to complain, they said they’d ring me back and never did.

DO NOT USE THIS TAXI SERVICE! They are rude, unreliable and dishonest . Ignore the star, it isn’t a rating.
