Well, they have a big place and ample of staff not like petrol pump car wash or other car wash. They wash the car properly and clean the hidden place where most of the cleaner leaves dirt. I watch from start to end and found a few things which they are lacking such as: I bought a polish but they don’t have polish machine which can do the job faster and few stools/benches to clean the roof the SUV and keep borrowing between the places.

However I’m satisfied with over all job and staff are very humble and specially Raja.

Service was very good staff are so nice and for your car you don’t have to worry they have a very good service and experience staff, I am so happy with the service,
The staff name Mohamad alshaib was very supportive and he have a very good customer service ????????????

Extremely happy with the service! The staff is so nice and helpful. They make sure they clean your car nicely and treat it like their own car. They have a really nice and clean seating area where you can wait while they look after your car. It’s located in a great area where a lot of cafés and restaurants are available like Mcdonalds, Baskin robbins and more! So you can grab a quick bite too ???? Overall great experience 10/10 recommend!

Their car wash service is amazing. Lots of attention to detail by the guys who diligently scrubbed clean every corner of the car. They are well equipped, and have ample space and manpower to deliver quality in less time

after they used air blower inside of my car they left damage my interior. and when i ask them they its been there already only clip. do nothing. carwash is good but please careful with you doing as well.

The service is exceptionally good. It’s mind blowing experience . You just can’t expect anything more than this. What a gesture everyone single person got here. The credit goes to the manager as well who’s been monitoring the level of service. I’m so overwhelmed by the services especially by Jackson , Zakir and raja in vacuum bay. They do things which you don’t expect them to do normally in any other service Centre. My car just got as good as new. Deep cleaning , the way they value and take care of your belongings, they cleaned the trunk so well (which is usually ignored) and my car looks like new one. All this is simple car wash service. Amazing … you guys just set highest standards of cleaning services. Cheers…

Title: Extremely Dissatisfied with Car Wash and Service Station Experience

First of all, I am using this location from past 15 years since it was other provider, recently since past 6 months i had the unfortunate experience of visiting a car wash and I must express my extreme dissatisfaction with the level of service provided. I regret to say that my expectations were not only unmet but were also completely disregarded during my visit.

To begin with, the car wash itself was subpar at best despite most expensive in town. The results were far from satisfactory. My vehicle was returned to me with visible streaks and smudges, clearly indicating a lack of attention to detail. Additionally, areas that required special attention, such as the wheels and tires, were left untouched and still covered in dirt and grime. It was evident that the staff did not take pride in their work or prioritize customer satisfaction.

Furthermore, the service4u customer service staff need proper customer service trainings to give equal respect to any customer. aspect was equally disappointing. The staff members appeared disinterested and lacked professionalism.

Additionally, upon calling the provided mobile numbers, the person who answered the call seems not interested in holding their customers and simply told me “ok” when I told him about the services and I am never going to visit the service station again.
