The place fairly easy to locate. The gym is on the first floor of the building. It was quite empty when we were there - maybe 2/3 other people. The air-conditioning wasnt very good. There was a changing room and some lockers to keep your personal belongings. They had most equipments available. There was also a small section of the gym just for ladies. It was okay.

You don't need Those all fancy workout machine to stay fit & build muscle.All you need is your own dedication, consistency and positive mindset. Energym has awesome atmosphere & people where your passion leads to achieve your goal. trainer are fantastic, separate ladies section and value for money. I definitely recommend them to my friends.

Very nice gym now extended so more space more machines. The trainer is very helpful n friendly.

The most affordable gym around..Not much crows because of covid at the moment..Ample equipments and new and good coaches for supervision...Do check out the photos on Google.. I shall be posting more actually..The rest of the work is upon you
