Very unhappy with this tour. We were the only 2 people on the boat. We got offered to buy a drink as we got on but apart from that, we were ignored for the whole tour. Staff were on their phones watching videos with headphones in, the popcorn that was promised was never even offered or given to us. There was nobody welcoming or having a conversation with us. The staff just worked around us as if we weren’t there. If I was to do another tour I would definitely choose a different company.

First, let us talk about the good!! Our driver (Abdul) was absolutely amazing!! He took great care of us and made our sand dune experience unforgettable!!! His kindness and attention to customer service are phenomenal!! I would highly recommend him as your driver!!

This tour was recommended by our hotel, Waldorf Astoria. We book through the concierge and booked the private car experience with sand dunes, liver entertainment, dinner, and unlimited drinks. As mentioned earlier the first part of the trip was great!! A 45-minute ride to the Sahara Desert and then we got to "play" on a sand dune buggy for an hour, took great pictures as we watched the sunset over the Sahara - Breathtaking!!

Then dinner, where we ordered the package that included butler service, unlimited drinks, and the buffet. We typically do not like buffets but figured this would be the quickest way to experience the food of Dubai. Unfortunately, it took forever to get service, including drinks. We opted to not even use the butler service because it took so long to get checked on. The food was extremely limited in variety and only a few items stand out. There also was a huge push to make money as in at least 5 times during our meal we were approached to buy something, pictures of us, or Dubai cologne and dress, hookah, you name it and we were asked to buy. The dinner and drinks were not worth it and unfortunately, I would not recommend this part of the package - stick with Abdul and the Sand Dunes and you will have an amazing time!!

We had the 6 Emirates tour for 2. The driver Muhammad was excellent. He drove with care and was a knowledgeable Guide. He even took pictures of us, lol.We had lunch at a lovely restaurant where we enjoyed Arabic cuisine in an authentic setting. My friend and I both agreed that it was a truly wonderful experience.

Be careful with this company, it is tree times more expensive than others and I,m trying they refund me a reservation and it is impossible. They steals people

The customer service told me that the rate currently is aed 200 and I can use entertainer too. Then later reservations told me that the rate is aed 395. Not sure why they are giving different information.
