The good thing about this place is its space and comfort. Display is visually appealing. Salespersons are friendly and helpful as usual, and th good warranty you get when you buy a car. Even used cars are guaranteed The not so good is the high prices compared to other places.

They have really bad response and customer service. I entered this place with cash to buy a toyota rav4 and was wandering for about an hour, no one answered me and most of them were busy with other things. As a business consultant, I suggest to the management of this collection to provide more training for the employees . Finally, I would like to thank the employees here, because they made me go to the Mitsubishi dealership and have a wonderful shopping experience.

First of all I wish if I can rate them without a one star. I have been waiting for long time and no one came . one of the security was helping me to get an assistant to help me viewing the car and telling me all the details. Unfortunately all of them were just telling the security to find another guy to assist. Very week service. Hope management find a solution for this.

I have booked a Toyota rav 4 and waiting for almost 7 months now I have initiated a refund and it’s been 25 days now the refund is not reflecting the sales person mr Sujith Ambat is very irresponsible and doesn’t coordinate with customers properly and doesn’t pick calls I had complained in the contact center for ‘many times to get a call back from the showroom manager but no one calls back.. very bad service and they still have my money with them never ever recommend Toyota

Easy access from most pkaces. Staff are so busy that you may feel thet are not customer friendly especially commercial section. The even don't get time to smile ????

The time is here to acknowledge my positive experience that I had with the Toyota showroom in Deira. I walked into the Toyota showroom for the first time ever and happened to meet a gentleman named Asim, who handles pre owned cars. I fell in love with my car but this wasn't the only positive element. I got the pleasure to deal with Asim over a period of one month and got to know how professional, genuine and supportive he is. I have dealt with many car sales teams over the last 23 years and I must say, Asim made dealing with Toyota a pleasure in his own special way. His knowledge, attention to details and keeping-customer's-interest top priority are hard to miss. I enjoyed dealing with you Asim and thank you for making this experience hard to forget.
A genuine word of appreciation to Samah (branch sales manager) who welcomed me in and was generous in her effort to make me leave the showroom with a big smile.

The people at this showroom are super friendly and efficient,I got my car withing a week.All I had to do was pay my deposit and the whole auto loan process was done so fast and efficiently.I would recommend anyone to visit this showroom.
