Horrible customer service! Bad experience! If i was able to put 0 star I would have done that
I have purchased item on their online shop, they sent a faulty item then i have called them to collect and exchange no-one did that despite my several calls then I have dropped item myself to their springs souk shop and now after a week they didn’t even initiate my refund!
When i call which i did over 5 times after returning the item they say no update!
The worst shop ever please be careful buying from their website it is HORRIBLE!!

Friendly staff! And much better prices than ELC on the ground floor for exactly the same items. Plus no need to pay for wrapping your gifts like in ELC .

However, if you are planning a more extensive weathering job, it may be simpler to paint your details as you go.

This store smells like sewage!! I couldn’t be there for one minute!!
Are you sure you want to sell ? If you don’t solve this issue no customer will come to your store!!

Toys are pricey and they seem to be understaffed.

A queue formed because the person serving also had to work around the back.

Not highly recommended but worth a look
