Ordered 2 toys, paid ! Received a call that 1 is out of stock and that we would get refund . Almost one month no refund , sent them message on FB no response as well !

I'm sorry to rate you 1 star as my online experience was the worst ever!
I used to be a very loyal customer of you not until I have done an online order with you and received the item with small damage and when asked to be replaced the answer was that, you did the damage while assembling it
I'm wondering how a customer who kept ordering from you will create a story to have a return???
Unfortunately, your customer service team is poor and not professional
I do not recommend dealing with you at all as you are extremely materilizem

I guess that we are lucky to still have this store in Dubai since most of the US stores are already closed. Great selection of toys & very helpful employees ... not the cheapest but you can spot some good offers over there. I must add also that with the new place finding a car parking is much easier.

Variety of products is limited specially discounted items comparing to other branches. Mr Nirash salesman is really helpful but there is one saleslady really attituded and rude case I gave 3 stars instead of 5. Management plz train your stuff customer service.

We bought a toy for my daughter there. It was a nice toy, with good quality. They had a nice variation of beautiful and quality toys.

Toy retail giant Toys R us is on verge os shutting down there operations in dubai. Here in dubai they still hold a good customer base due to the brand value they hold.

Price ranges are on higher side making shopping in expensive area for budget conscious people . Since you can find more budget friendly shop across dubai selling similar items.

Character fans will like this place more than the normal buyers
