I ordered the Cam babylock changing mat, pictured with metal pieces on the back to connect the mat to any crib. The product arrived wrapped in a nylon cover and not in a box and it was missing all the connecting pieces. Sales team were rude and agressive when I tried following up and didn't accept to replace or refund the product.

Great customer service. Staff responded immediately to my questions on whatsapp, I received my delivery the very next day! There was a mistake with my order and the resolved the issues within 24 hours and followed-up to make sure I was happy. Very impressive service. I will definitely be using them again.

I bought a car for my girl and the service I received was amazing. When you are interested they send you watssap number and you can ask all your questions.
They even had the car fixed when they delivered it and after two days when the wire was not working they event sent someone to fix it. Amazing service can’t recommend enough .

I bought a Kidcraft doll house for my daughter sometime in December 2020, but only got the chance to couple it last month when we returned back to Nigeria. I was very happy with the customer service in Dubai and now very happy with the product. Very durable and worth the amount.

I recommend this for Cuddly teddy bears such a nice service fast accurate and perfect quality toys and stuffed animals. Maiadda was super lovely, perfect welcoming and professional.
For a gift or a birthday party is the best choice

The Shard is absolutely stunning and high class! We bought passes via London Pass which definitely helped with the cost of admission. From start to finish, the experience was well run and smooth. There are two floors to experience; one indoor and one exposed. Both feature a classy bar with light food. As expected, the views were absolutely amazing.

Great experience with great views over London. Food and service were excellent. If you are a slow eater be aware that you are allocated 1.5 hours per sitting. Not a problem for us and we will definitely go back.

Had a lovely time celebrating our anniversary. Seated promptly by the window, which was perfect. Staff friendly and welcoming. Buzzy atmosphere with good music and exceptional views of London. Table service excellent with the exception of one staff-member who was clearly a trainee. Food very good and reasonably priced, drinks were a tad expensive. Overall a great experience which we thoroughly enjoyed.

I came here earlier this Saturday evening with my friend and her family, and I was a tad nervous with the heights but I'm so glad I went up to the top! If you're deadly afraid of heights then I wouldn't recommend it, but if you're ok with heights then just book it, it's a true experience that you won't forget. We arrived half hour early and they let us in with no issues, we had no wait time at all, and all the staff were so friendly and made us feel welcome. Luckily we had great weather so the views were spectacular. You have 2 decks to view from, but the open air deck on floor 72 in my opinion is the better of the two. I would highly recommend doing The View from the Shard experience, granted it can be pricey to some, but it's well worth the money!

You have amazing views of the city from top of the tower (Floor 63). The is also a bar at the top to enjoy some drinks and have a wonderful time. The queues are well managed. I also liked the photography service that they offer (although a bit expensive for the album). Wonderful memories and a collection of photographs with you at different locations and scenarios in the Shard. You can pick them up on your way down at the exit. No long waiting times. Make sure to book your slot online before visiting. Friendly staff.

Beautiful spot to see the entire city. Keep your eye out on the icons of key architectural landmarks. In the absence of an app or something to guide you as you walk around these come in handy. If the weather is good make sure you go up to the very top and experience the open air balcony. It’s not as scary as it sounds but the views are worth every penny.

I loved our experience at Shard! It’s a must-see place to get a nice cityscape from the top floor. We had a reservation made in advance. On site the admission went smoothly though we arrived a bit late. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Thank you for adding up to our lovely London trip!

Absolutely amazing and worth every Penny. Even though Im scared of heights it was absolutely incredible. The views are breathtaking, the Bars are reasonably priced and everyone from start to finish was super friendly. Its a "must see" in London
