'Complete Scam' - Please avoid at all costs. They sell remote UK land for exorbitant prices and even inflated by hefty agent commissions. Post sales service non existent. Once your investment is done, consider it gone. I invested 6 years ago but the so called planning permission for the land parcel never came. I made a request for secondary sale 2 years ago and nothing happened. Never thought a company that looks professional with an office in Downtown would scam people like this.

“Be careful” is the least I can say. Buying a land through them is a piece of cake, but that’s about it. It’s been over 6 years and there is no update whatsoever on the progress of the planning permission that they promised to pursue fairly quickly. Even worse, you are flexible enough and willing to sell your land before the planning permission, I’m afraid that’s close to impossible. I requested to sell almost a year ago and I still have not heard back from them. Reach me if you need more details about my dreadful experience !

My advice, Kindly don't ever think to buy from this company because they don't have after sale service and they are not answering anyone except people who are buying and paying money only.
