We've been celebrating daughter's birthday there, security is useless in that place, our little one got out and got lost inside mall while security was looking away from exit the whole time. After telling that we can't find her, she kept standing with her back to exit, no reaction also, it's like they are used to kids getting lost in that place...Price is high and they cant provide even cutlery for cake if you bring it from outside? At least the kids' play area is good as they really enjoyed it.

Its great place for kids excellent a beat busy in weekends but the staff on front to admin they are too too slow

Fees are getting crazy over here unfortunately, it was one of tge best places for kids in Dubai, but 120 per hour is a bit ridiculous!

Within four days, they gave me different price for the same service. The employee did not believe me when I showed the initial charge and she claimed a policy which wasn't written anywhere. They could do a lot better

They changed the policy of using multiple pass which you can have it for six passes with 380AEd and utilize only 4 of them max in one day.
I get to buy it once to let may six kids one time.

Trampo Extreme is clean. They clean the chairs, tables, places where people toucj very often. Toilets are clean. There is a small lime tree cafe inside so it is convient to have coffee, smoothie, some food for kids. The tables are far from each other to keep social diatancing. The place is sometimes too crowded and the kids might get too close to each other and they dont wear masks. But some days it was not crowddd at all. Kids love this place.

Price was 80 dirhams, they increased it to 120 dirhams… socks used to be free now they charge 5 dirhams….. kids decided to not go to such places that rip people off.
