I never use travel agencies for my visa applications, however due to having difficulty with getting appointment dates I chose travnook as they seemed to be reliable and trustworthy. I even visited their office to meet Mr. Benson (my agent) to discuss somethings about the visa. All communication was done via WhatsApp and I must say that Mr. Benson was very very helpful in every single way. He helped apply for a 2-year UK tourist visa and was very thorough with details within the application. Obviously it was my responsibility to review if there were any errors and communicate with him, however he was very receptive to every feedback given. Following this - my father needed support to prepare for his US visa interview to which Mr. Benson was kind enough to give advise/recommendations and he helped prepare the documents for those as well. I am happy to say my father's US tourist visa got approved Alhumdulillah. Please do reach out to this agency if you are looking to apply for visa to any country and I will highly recommend to work with Mr. Benson :)

I do not recommend them at all, the employee of the company received extra fees to fill out the application for the UK visa and did not respond completely until 14 hours before the interview, in addition to alot of mistake and wrong information that he made in my application which led to rejection of the visa, a completely inexperienced employee, after that he told me that he was on vacation !!!!! Whoever wants to waste his money deals with them, then I discoverd by luck he make the same with one of my friend, I don’t advise to deal with them at all

The worst experience I’ve ever had in my life.

I decided to apply for the visa through the agency cause there weren’t any vacant slots on official visa centre web-site.

The agent who has worked with my application is totally incompetent and ignorant in travel area.

He made more than 10 mistakes in my visa application. He made a mistake even in the address of mine, which is Dubai Marina, he wrote DUBAI MARANI twice.

Never apply for visa through this agency. The only thing you will get is stress, you will lose your time and money.

I dealt with Mr. Alaa .. My experience in obtaining a Schengen visa was successful for two consecutive times .. The dealings were very professional and respectful, and I will rely on this person to obtain a Schengen visa in the future.

Mr. Benson Okello the Sale Manager is the most patience, understanding and helpful Person i've ever met in such agencies he really cares and keep following up, and never fed up with your questions and demand.. I advise the agency not to loose him for any reason. he is super.
