My car was damaged and had dents on four sides. They fixed it less than 2 days with a very reasonable price! Amazing job it looks brand new. Make sure you directly discuss everything with Shafik he's very helpful and responsive. Couldn't be happier :)

I recieved top notch service even though we got off on the wrong foot however the managers Mr. Aris and Mr. Shafi handled it superbly and provided an impeccable service.
One of the best auto shop to go to for car repairs now I am a loyal customer

Before ending up at TRD Auto repairing garage, I visited few other garages in the vicinity as well. However, TRD quoted me the best rate. I was assisted by the director of the company Mr. Safikul Mondal who was exceptional with his service. I had a minor dent on my car bonnet and chipped-off paint. Most of the garages said it would take minimum 2-3 days, however, at TRD i got my car back within a day.

I would highly recommend this place.

Car: Mini Cooper
Issue: Turbo with error codes, Gear Oil Leak, EVAP pressure leak
Car in their garage: 23 July 2022
Car came out from their garage: 10 August 2022

Brought the car initially for paint job and some minor body repair... job done was unprofessional... uneven paint coating uneven polishing done.. body repair marks still visible they just tried to cover with paint without repairing it properly
Lied about having the turbo being fixed outside... lied about components being replaced.
Took out the car 04 Aug... still had check engine light still the same error codes but now having a misfire on cylinder 3...
and still have gear oil leak.
Returned the car for them to sort... then asked to get valve cover gasket to be changed... Footwell module error code and they tried to charge me for resetting it had to argue as why will I pay for the mistake of their technician ?.... oil still leaking in the cylinder probably not correct torque applied... just had enough and need to get the car out as they might try to rip me off even more.

Still have the Turbo Error codes which they said they fixed and replaced components with.

Went for my Honda Odyssey detailing after reading online reviews. Osama was very helpful. Though I wanted full interior and exterior detailing, he recommended only interior considering exterior was fully clean (saved some money to me). Prices are very reasonable as compared to prices at other places and I am happy with the outcome of interior detailing. Though seats were having some moisture when I picked up the car, it dried out fully after 2 days. Overall good experience, good quality and very reasonable pricing.

Went to this place few weeks back for a "detailing" package of grupon price, that the owner agreed in pay the amount direct to him and additional for painting. I went to collect the car the paint was done and some scratches removed. I noticed they didn't do the "detailing" job and the manager mentioned I needed to take it back for few hrs. I did so, they returned my car still with too much dirty and many missing things, they continued doing the job 2 more times I requested (even under the seats was dirty) and they called the job "detailing" which looks like more a basic wash in any car wash in Dubai. The owner asked me not to give any review here but actually is better, to WARN the costumers about the quality of work done there. I do NOT recommend. Guys don't go for the cheap, they use the worse quality of polish that I had to remove immediately from my leather in order to avoid stains.

One of the worst experience i ever had with them

The issue was with the radiator leakage, it took them 17 days initially almost figure out the issue,
I spent almost 9k aed in multiple iterations, because after every 2-3 days they come up with something new.

Initally they claimed that they are expert in vw, but it turned to be a disaster as they got zero clue what's happening with the car why it's over heating.

Trust me i was doing google n searching on youtube ans asking them about possible things and in reply they use to reply that yes thay can be a reason as well.

In summary
I spent approx 9k, after multiple calls n chase

Last but the worst part:
I went to collect my car, blindly trusted and paid the repair fee, the moment i stepped out of the garage, the gear started behaving abnormally, upon asking they said no we did the test drive and guided me to continue using the car for couple of days it will settle.

As a result the next day i drop my car back to garage because the gear was getting stuck and i am clearly see that something horribly wrong with my gear.
Dropped the vehicle and they said pay us another 6-7k aed and your gear needs to be fixed.
I said thankyou very much and left the garage.

In short
Do your due diligence
Thats my suggestion based on the experience i had.

Btw overall the car stayed in garage for almost 28 days.

I went to get a VIP detailing done and I was so impressed by the work at TRD. The service usually takes two days but the team there understood my situation and managed to deliver the car back in the same day.

I have never seen my car so clean, even the day I picked it up. I'm so happy with the work that has been done. I truly feel like I'm driving a new car again. Thanks especially to Osama for the great service, communication, and delivery. I would 100% recommend TRD for your vehicle!
