A clean and pleasant place to stay. We stayed for 3 days and 2 nights and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.During our stay, the pool was clean and not crowded; the appliances were in good working order; all of our requests were handled professionally by all of the employees; and we are grateful to Ms. Rose for approving our request to check out late.

However, the location is not that accessible. There's nothing to see on the balcony (view). Hopefully, in the future, transportation will be easier.

4 Months honest review:

Service is super, really kind people overall, didn’t have any issues whatsoever.

Internet is a little slow but works.

Pool and facilities match the price level

Room was great, had some issues with neighbours and the staff addressed it very professionally.

Take out now allowed to be delivered to the room which was a little annoying, but not that big of a deal.

I want to say thanks to all the staff for being so kind and friendly.

Will definitely recommend for short term rentals like I did.

Nice place to plan your holidays, They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early at like 10am. I got to hotel super early and I didn’t wanna wait. So this was a big plus. The sevice was exceptional as well. Would definitely send a friend there.

Its a hidden gem!!
Looks far but once you know the area around you will love the place
Exelent service, friendly and helpful all around, did more than expexted.
Rooms clean, brekfast buffet very good,
Enough parking

Nice place and clean but a little bit priced than average with same quality. It has a major problem with the parapet height in the balconies, they are extremely short and really dangerous, could lead to a catastrophe at presence of active children, not recommended for families, the location is not full of facilities and far away from city centre.

Best hotel ever,ambiance, room is super clean....we have enjoyed our stay and big thanks to Ms. Joyce house keeping supervisor she is very approachable and very attended of our need. We love to comeback again. Ms Joyce made our stay fantastic and wonderful.

Stayed in the 2 bedrooms apartment. Clean and great service. The most important, easy to get parking. But can't find the option to include breakfast package during booking. Twice stayed here, and always one of the recommende place when you visit Dubai

Nice rooms but there was a damp musty smell that was off putting. There was a leak in the ceiling which was caused by a faulty water tank. This meant repairmen were sent late at night (11pm till past midnight) to stem the leak and in addition meant one of the bathrooms had no hot water. The kitchenette had basic utensils and the washing machine dryer did not work well. The rooms did not have a drying rack too. Hotel reception staff were not forthcoming with apologizing for the issues or offering alternative rooms. Disappointed.l to say the least.
