The only studio I’m going to. By luck I found this place for stretching classes. In a few months I was able to do almost a split, in 3-4 months improvement was so obvious. Strong character of the instructor, professionalisms, dedications and improvisation keep me coming every week for the last 2,5 years

I joined the studio at the beginning of this year and fell in love with the space. Sasha is an amazing instructor and really takes the time to teach you each step so you are confident in yourself. I cannot believe the things I was able to achieve in the short span of time. Each class really feels like an accomplishment.

I can truly say that my confidence, body image and fitness levels all went up because of this class. On top of that you meet women from all walks of life that always encourage you to do your best.

I was a complete beginner when I first joined and I found that the studio had great instructors and pleasant, friendly atmosphere!
I love pole-dancing and the stretching classs!

Great studio and best teacher/owner!! Alexandra is very passionate, she really cares and does her job so well. I used to teach yoga at the same space where she taught 4 years back and never thought of doing pole.. if it wasn't for Sasha's professionalism and personality you get drawn to immediately I never thought I would start my pole-fitness journey. She is great for newbies and experienced people alike. What I found fascinating: if even a girl isn't in a great physical shape and doubts Alexandra motivates and trains her to get stronger, slimmer and feel good about herself !! She is just the right person at the right place !
