This place is a hidden gem. I went their with my friend bcz we needed a relaxing day off. Great offer but highly recommended bcz of Jill.
She is a star. Very nice. She gives great foot massages and even offers delicious coffee. We also met the owner who was nice and smiling. The other star is Nitia who is less In experience but her passion can be seen. Affordable rates. Small place but the massage is so good that I ll be there again for another offer. This time cleansing with massage.

Been here several times as I've just moved. Seen 3 different doctors and they are all terrible They don't listen to anything I have to say. I'm absolutely disgusted with the way they have treated me here. Sending me YouTube videos instead of helping me with my severe depression and anxiety. Absolutely disgusting. I'm gonna change my doctors and travel to the see someone who knows what they are doing. In absolute agony but they didn't care. Never going again. Apart from getting my bloods done at the nurse that will be it. Never ever been treated like that before in my entire life. They didn't even listen to anything I had to say.....
So angry and disappointed ????

I've attended this practice with severe depression and both the doctor and the 'psychiatrist' have been much more concerned with their own egos than actually helping. Their actions and/or lack of have led to multiple hospital trips and after speaking with many others, this seems to be standard for them. I've never been treated like this and they are very unable to listen alongside a complete lack of empathy, I encourage all who have had similar experiences to complain locally, to the health board, and where necessary to take legal action. Its time these people are not allowed to practice and for them to be replaced with informed professionals.

Always found the staff and doctors pleasant and efficient. The speed of service in comparison to other health centers in West Lothian is night and day.
