I am writing to express my utmost disappointment and dissatisfaction with the service I received at your center. The experience I had was nothing short of awful and has left me deeply unsatisfied as a customer.

First and foremost, the work that was done on my car was of an appalling standard. The paintwork, in particular, was done using fake paint, which has already started peeling off. This not only reflects a lack of professionalism but also raises serious concerns about the quality of the materials used. Additionally, the interior fittings of my car were not properly fixed, causing them to come off shortly after the service was completed. This negligence and lack of attention to detail is simply unacceptable.

Furthermore, I must express my disappointment with the level of customer service I received. The attitude and approach of your employees were disrespectful and unhelpful. Their behavior only added to the frustration and dissatisfaction I experienced throughout the entire process. As a paying customer, I expected to be treated with respect and courtesy, which regrettably was not the case.

Given the substandard work, fake paint used, improperly fixed interior fittings, and the overall poor customer service, I cannot in good conscience recommend your service center to anyone. It is disheartening to see such a lack of professionalism and quality.

I sincerely hope that you take this feedback seriously and address the issues I have raised. It is imperative that you improve the standard of workmanship, use genuine materials, and ensure that your employees provide courteous and helpful customer service. I trust that you will take appropriate action to rectify these shortcomings and prevent other customers from having similar negative experiences.

This,I'm sure might be the only carpark I write a review on, and the only reason I'm doing this one is, somebody has taken the pay& display machine,I thought that was quite unusual.
I wrote that review several years ago when someone had indeed half inched the machine, however I always use this carpark when visiting Stow mainly because the spacings are quite generous, it's close to the centre ,it has toilets and parking is all on one level,it works for me.

Nice car park, I suppose, but the toilet access leaves a lot to be desired. It needs clearer instructions. Is it exact change or do you get change. A gentleman trying to use them lost 90p in the slots with other coins jammed or stuck in there - I came out and said use the cubicle I had - what a farce.

I had issues rejecting a 50p coin for a 40p toilet and eventually had to use 2 x 20p after asking for change at the pub - The toilet access is useless. Make it card friendly or FREE until card access is installed.

NEEDS IMPROVING FOR THE HOLIDAY SEASON FAST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Great parking spot. Plenty of room for our motorhome. Can even stay over night. And very close to centre of town

Convenient and easy for the town centre, just a short walk away. Cashless pay and display or via an app.

Convenient pay and display just outside main high street and square. Toilets - 20p. Not large and expect very busy in season.

Car park is well layed out.

But paying ????????????????

The machine said not working and you could only pay by phone!

What if you didn't have a phone??

Nightmare to actually pay for the time.

We eventually paid £3.70 for 3 hours, it said we'd paid for 19 WTH ????????????????

Get it sorted!

Older couples gave up and drove off!!!

The pay machines are the same type as Bourton on the water coach park. Slow response thereby you think you've made an error, cancel, start again... everyone I watched had same problem so queue builds up. While I'm on a moan fest, loos cost you 20p. Shame money isn't spent on fixing out of service one. Broadway Milestone car park loos put this lot to shame
