I don't think this shop should be on instashop, over an hour of delay and the contact number is an answer machine, and I couldn't even cancel the order, not recommending this shop ro anyone.

Ordered from them today thru instashop. The order got delayed and when I called the store (1:45 PM), the person who answered was arrogant in answering the call, using the rain to justify the delay. It's okay but being arrogant & NO APOLOGIES??! Darn customer service! NOT TO ORDER from this shop again.

Disappointing service and worst attitude, they have advertised 24hrs delivery but they refuse to deliver at night, I had recently made an order at 3am they said they would deliver but after waiting for long time they said the order wasn't taken and they cannot deliver now and when I said it's just 15mins even if you come by walk they said if so you can come and collect, please don't rely upon them for your urgent neeeds.

Calling them and asking them to deliver feels like a mission and they are doing us the biggest favor if they deliver in 2-3 hours. The delivery boys are good but the guy at the phone needs to find another job or change his attitude coz he could cost this supermarket a lot of money
