Super inconvenient and worst service. I reached as it shows open online and found out they have moved to another place one month back. Came to jabel Ali office and they said to get sim replacement go to Al Wasl office. What is This????

If there is less than one star, I would choose it. Worst Service ever!!! Disconnected my line without any prior notice even though I already paid all the bills and when I try to call them, I am always directed to this automatic support. Went to their store to update the company documents and was promised to have the line back in another 2 hours and that I don't need to visit their branch again because the process is over. But they inform me after 2 days that I need to revisit the branch and redo the process. It is just ridiculous how they don't care about their customers. NEVER WOULD RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE.

You get your landline application request done in here ,but to transfer the ownership you must go to another branch. How lovely .
The call center doesn't know even about this information nor the required documents . Poor Service.

Professional and quick. In and out for a new SIM in 15 minutes. 1 star missing due to the fact there's a very tiny parking that's usually packed but that isn't really their fault. Satisfied.

Worst service,business hub that no option on doing the services they should provide its just worst and waste of time. After waiting for an hour as only one counter is open, they will then send you to Al Wasl to do the update. ETISALAT services are getting ugglier along these years.
