The worst delivery service ever took more than an hour to deliver, and when i have already cancelled the order and they still show up on my doorstep and give me a stare when i say him that i have cancelled it long ago

Supermarket is small, fast delivery but minimum purchase of 10 Dirhams.

The shop has most of the groceries you need for home. The staff are polite and the delivery is very fast!

Our fifth stay at Rocklands! We love it here. The apartments are well appointed and spotless, it's peaceful and quiet and the sea views are fabulous. Joan and Cathie make booking really easy and are on hand during your stay. We'll definitely be back again!

A lovely quiet place to stay with the most magnificent view from our balcony .
So clean and welcoming inside . Comfortable beds to sleep in and we had a a comfortable dining area to look at the view of the sea sparkling below us .
Unfortunately we could not tryout the cable car lift to take us down to the sea as we were there in September and imagine it had to be serviced after the summer season .But understand there are some nice walks on the fields which hug the coastal cliffs making there way east and then north up
Towards Dover and the interesting history that it has to tell .
There was plenty of National trust and English Heratidge places to see , and loads of gardens to visit and walk round .
An interesting week away and nothing was to far to go and see .
Thankyou Joan for the hospitality and homely apartment we used .

Another lovely visit to Rocklands Holiday Park after discovering it last year. Great, well equipped apartment with fabulous views and a haven of peace and tranquility. No bright lights or road noise to disturb you at night but yet only a few minutes drive from the centre of Hastings. Can't fault this place.

Just had a weeks stay in one of the 2 bedroom ground floor apartments. It was so well equipped there was nothing we needed. Lovely comfy beds and great bathrooms. The sea view from the apartments is fabulous. The daily visits from Mrs fox and her cubs and the badgers made the holiday even more special.
The walk to the lift/steps can be a little blustery some days!!! but plenty todo once you are down in the town. Some lovely individual shops in the old town and plenty of cafes/bars and restaurants.

Just returned from a 3 night stay at Rocklands.
The whole experience was faultless!
We had a lower floor apartment with a spacious patio area with the most stunning view. The apartment was immaculate like a home from home experience, very comfortable and modern facilities. Complementary tea, coffee and milk for our arrival which was a very nice touch.

Joan the owner was very polite and welcoming, she took the time to show us around and was happy to help us with any questions.

The apartments are situated in a peaceful location with a beautiful view, perfect for relaxing after a long day.

Only a short walk into Hastings town with some more pleaseant views along the way

Perfect stay and we would happily stay here again.

Beautiful setting with sea view. No children allowed so was very peaceful - just the right place to relax. Apartment was spotlessly clean and comfortable. We rarely visit the same place twice and this was our first visit to Hastings but would definitely consider coming back.

Just returned from a week's stay in a two bed apartment. Check In was easy, informative and friendly. Apartment was spotless and well equipped. Helpful starter supplies milk, tea, coffee were thoughtful, so we could have a cuppa before doing a shop. The location is so peaceful and the visiting wildlife amazing. Len and Joan left us to ourselves just giving friendly waves on passing, but were there if needed. We spoke to Len whilst leaving about facilities at Christmas. If we are able to visit our family over the festive season, we will certainly look to book here first. Thankyou for a lovely peaceful stay, so different from our usual Travelodge/Premier Inn/Haven options. What a gem of a find. You certainly deserve all these positive reviews.

We stayed in a lovely apartment with a stunning sea view and the grounds. The apartment was equipped with everything you could possibly need and it was lovely and clean. If your an animal lover your love this place as you often got to badger and fox watch of an even would definitely love to come back. I would suggest either having a comfy pair of trainers or a car though as it's up a very steep hill.
