Very good quality shop, my family and I have been purchasing from this shop for a long time. Good quality products and availability are unique to them. I understand that the customer services are on a small scale because of their busyness. May you always live up to this standard

Used to be the best delivery store in JVC now it’s just a shambles , I’ve moved elsewhere and am extremely happy .

* Delivery time is over 1 hour when it is located 0.7 miles from my apartment .
* Orders always come incorrect and when you ask for a photo of the order before leaving they ignore and send anyway.
* When asking for something they send you the most expensive option possible . Once they sent me kitchen roll for 60AED.
* There is one particular driver that is so disgustingly rude and bangs your door like police, I asked not to be sent to my house again and they continued to send him . Which is a shame because the other drivers are soooo lovely ????????.
* They provide weekly offers but it’s all old out dated stock .
* I was paying high prices for organic eggs but the yolks were always broken when cracking. Just overall produce in the fresh areas is really bad .

They are losing business left right and Centre and aren’t even trying to fix the issues .

Ladies do not go to this store alone especially late at night. Male employees are intimidating and pervy following me around the shop and wanting to take my very small purchase to the car for me. Was also followed to my car by a staff member who tried to get in the passenger door.
Speaking to the manager was fruitless as they had some excuse about wanting to give me a brochure at my car.

They wrap single fruits (like bananas) into plastic, zero consideration to the environment. Many items don't have prices and have to go to the cashier to check the price which is time consuming and of course annoying. Also cashier (lady) charge me twice higher amount that the bill and when I confront her including the shop manager she never even said 'sorry'.
Only using the shop when absolutely necessary, they should really change many things.

Stay away from this place. 2 hours for an order - zero updates. From the second hour, I called every 10 minutes - he say on the way . They continue to lie.

If ever I have opportunity to rate 0, I would do that for them.

Just because you are in JVC, you cannot just charge whatever you like. I understand there can be a slight difference of price however not a huge difference.

When I had raised query, no one had answered to me till date and apology doesn't even exist in their book.

Inspite of that, I still order sometimes from them but the extreme is, they are just a lane away from my building and they have a delivery charge as they said this to my today.

2 days back, I order for a smaller bread pack and by default they did upselling and sent me the large pack.

These are just a few instances to mention but there are plenty. If this continues, I hope you will pay for it soon..

Pathetic service, delayed response and over priced supermarket..

I have WhatsApp staying the delivery charge and all earlier concerns mentioned. It's just that I am not having patience to ignore such mistakes again..

No point recommending to reach you guys out.
